Since I opened the travel agent company, I find myself stuck in a lot of management things. Now I know the importance of HRM :D....good people are nowhere to be found.
Revenue....it seems it is not so hard to get revenue. It's weird that I can't make a lot of revenue for the company I am currently working at but I can bring some good contracts to my own company. And for your information, I own some shares in a travel agent named Go Travel.
Recently I find myself so stupid with "ideas". Nothing much to think...no new creative ideas.....WTH....don't know why. Maybe I need to practice lateral thinking puzzles more :))
